​NOVA*Klein is a sculptural drinking water fountain designed for an intimate, everyday encounter with water.

Its transparent vertical structure brings water, minerals and light into the surrounding space. As water moves through the layered mineral composition, light passes through the glass and water, revealing changing reflections, colours and optical phenomena. The fountain makes the presence of water visible within the environment and gives the act of drinking a sensory dimension.

The work is activated through daily use. As water is consumed, its level changes within the glass cylinders, altering the way light travels through the structure and how colours and reflections appear. Each interaction produces a slightly different visual experience.

NOVA*Klein invites drinking water to become a conscious and pleasurable part of everyday life. The fountain creates a moment to pause, drink and observe, bringing attention to the water entering the body and to the relationship between hydration, vitality and well-being.

Water is experienced here as both a physical necessity and a source of pleasure. Its visibility within the fountain encourages an awareness of the quality of the water we consume and of its intimate relationship with the body.

Placed within a personal environment, NOVA*Klein changes the atmosphere around it. The fountain becomes a daily point of attention through which water, light and the body enter into a continuous relationship.
